About The Resort
In Europe's highest ski resort, Zermatt welcomes skiing enthusiasts from all over the world. Guests come to experience perfect skiing with miles of pistes, slopes, sun and snow.
Zermatt is one of only two ski resorts in the world with skiing every day. It is considered one of the best resorts in the world. With vast terrain and crusing intermediate runs, it feels like you can ski Zermatt forever.
There are three main ski areas, the Klein Matterhorn-Schwarzsee - the largest of the zones with a vertical drop of over 2,200 m back to town - the Sunnegga-Rothorn - has terrain for all levels of ability, including some tree skiing and the best mountain restaurants - and Gornergrat-Stockhorn - Gornergrat has diverse terrain for beginner and intermediate cruising, and Stockhorn has big vert freeride terrain - with everything in between.
